Our beliefs are our operating system, they allow us to function in the world. We downloaded this operating system from our parents, families, friends and life experiences.
Sometimes our beliefs are very helpful giving us the confidence to move forward and make the most out of our lives.
Some of our other beliefs may be less helpful, holding us back and limiting us from what we can become.
