The EFT Café
The EFT Café is an EFT practice group that runs on the second Tuesday of the month at St Oswald’s Hospice. We aim to develop our skills in EFT and get some personal benefit. You can find out more about the EFT Café at www.eftcafe.co.uk.
Beginner’s EFT
Beginner’s EFT is an introductory workshop for people who would like to try out EFT before spending time and money on a full EFT Level 1 training. The course shows you how to use EFT to relieve the stresses of the previous week. This workshop runs on the first Wednesday of each month and costs just £15 . All the proceeds go towards St Oswald’s Hospice.
NLP Workshops
As part of IntegrityNLP I’m helping to run 1 day workshops introducing people to Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP. The workshops called Introducing NLP give people a flavour of NLP without having to attend a full practitioner training. We cover the foundations of NLP and give some useful techniques that will help you get the most from life.
